We get it. We’ve all been there… because we’re human and not perfect.

…But your job is to SHOW UP. Our job is to take care of the rest.

So how do you get yourself to show up on days you don’t feel like it? We teach you to be a creature of habit.

Our job is to make it FUN for you to be in the gym once you’re there so that hopefully, you’ll keep coming back. It’s only by the consistent routine that we can create the automatic habit that going to the gym is “just something you do.”

That’s why we’ve created a community, and invited you into it. Yes, YOU. We want to celebrate our journey together. That means cheering each other on in class when we see a fellow member struggling to finish a WOD. It means meeting and making new friends. It means doing things together outside the gym, like doing Ragnar, or just going skiing or grabbing a beer together.

When it’s just you trying to draaaag yourself to “the gym” how easy is it to make excuses that you’re “too busy” or “too tired” and blow it off? But when your friends are expecting you to show up to something, what are the odds you’ll blow them off?

And so you start showing up, maybe twice the first week, three times in the second week and by the end of your first month you’re thinking what it would be like to do CrossFit 5 times a week…!!!
