What works is something very individual to YOU. However, there are some things you can start doing right now that will help:
Start by incorporating these exercises into your DAILY routine. Give it a few weeks to notice a difference in your pain level.
Then slowly incorporate some lifestyle changes like:
– Move more
– Get good sleep
– Get proper hydration
– Get daily sunlight or vitamin D
By doing these 4 simple things on a daily basis, it will start to balance your hormones as well as lower your physical and emotional stress, which are key factors in chronic pain.
Then notice what’s working for you, and what’s not, and adjust accordingly.
