ON-RAMP TO CROSSFIT

Designed For Beginners

You won’t be thrown right into the mix with the group classes. This is unfair not just to a beginner athlete, but also to the veteran members who have completed the fundamentals course, as well as the coaches themselves. First, we want people to learn the basics: how to push/ pull with their upper and lower body.

We believe the most effective way to introduce a new member to CrossFit is to teach them the fundamentals of CrossFit over (5) one-on-one, thirty minute private sessions. These can be scheduled with a coach of your choice around your best schedule! Typically the five classes are completed over the course of two weeks, however, it can be done at your pace.

We are committed to helping you reach your goals. Our team is here to help every step of the way. We will give you all the tools you need for success. All you have to do is take the first step and schedule your free intro.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Small Group Classes provide exposure to traditional gymnastics, weightlifting and conventional cardiovascular exercise. Expect to learn new fitness skills, while building lean muscle and burning fat.

Your coach will teach you form, and your classmates will keep you accountable. Expect results!

Personal training at EDX Fitness is designed to help you reach your fitness and health goals in a one-on-one environment.

We can custom tailor a program specific to your needs and fitness pursuits. The best way to get fast, reliable results is to work 1-on-1 with a Coach who can hold you accountable!

NUTRITION IS THE FOUNDATION OF EVERYTHING WE DO.

You Can’t out-exercise a bad diet. Exercise makes you accountable. The workouts are 3x harder if you eat cookies the night before, but we’ve known that for YEARS we could do better.
Our Nutrition program (like our Small Group Classes and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. No shakes, no short-term.

KIDSFIT

What’s your kids EDX? …Every Day X. Our KidsFIT program puts the FUN into FUNctional fitness – which translates directly to the classroom and playing field! Our KidsFIT program uniquely combines gymnastics, functional fitness, nutrition and games to enhance your kid’s strength, balance and coordination while emphasizing social skills such as teamwork and accountability.

KidsFIT is currently offered within select BVSD schools.
