Ok ok. So we have been spending some time building up some BASIC strength on the front side of the body. Good stuff as you can see all those muscles growing, toning and acting all sexy as hell in the mirror.
NOW its time to really work the backside, our power house and really emphasize those support muscles that will balance out our weaknesses and pull everything together.
OH! and MORE MOBILITY to keep us moving and moving WELL!!
